I think this was taken by Baron Berwyn. It's more a mix of standard and gonfanon; the standard usually has the badge of affiliation in the hoist and badges and motto strewn down to the fly. The gonfanon is usually the arms in the hoist with long streamers in the fly. Historical banners of English Kings have the cross of St. George in the hoist, not the king's arms. Nonetheless, it's a beautiful flag.
